The Sandvik Coromant 860.1-0630-019A1-NM H10F is a new CoroDrill 860 solid carbide indexable insert drill with a 6.3 mm cutting diameter (DC) and 19.7 mm usable cutting length (LU), designed for high-productivity drilling in steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The grade H10F is an uncoated fine-grain carbide grade optimized for non-metallic and non-ferrous materials (NM designation confirms non-metal application), delivering excellent edge sharpness and wear resistance in these materials. The "A1" shank designation indicates a cylindrical straight shank (Ø8 mm, CZCms Ø8 as labeled), and the drill features through-coolant capability for effective chip evacuation and heat management at the cutting zone.
