Decoded from the part number: 570 = CoroTurn 111 system, S = Capto shank interface, D = insert seat style, U = left-hand cutting direction, PL = clamp style, 16 = 16 mm head diameter, 07 = insert size (DPMT 0702 series). The head accepts DPMT 0702 (7.94 mm IC, 0.2 mm nose radius) inserts and has an approach angle (KAPR) of 93°, making it suited for external turning, profiling, and copy-turning operations on lathes equipped with the Coromant Capto quick-change tooling system.
