This is a new, factory-sealed 10-piece tray of Sandvik Coromant DCMT 07 02 02-PF 5015 carbide turning inserts for the CoroTurn 107 toolholder system, made in Sweden. Decoding the ISO designation: D = 55° diamond shape, C = 7° clearance angle, M = ±0.08mm / ±0.025mm tolerance class, T = insert with hole and countersink (top clamp), 07 = 7.75mm inscribed circle (IC), 02 = 2.38mm thickness, 02 = 0.2mm nose radius, PF = precision finishing chipbreaker geometry. Grade 5015 is a CVD-coated cemented carbide in the P15 application range, engineered for finishing to light-medium turning of steel (ISO P material group) at high surface speeds. Per the label, the PF chipbreaker targets P2.1.Z.AN steel up to 175 HB, with recommended depth of cut 0.06–0.25 mm (0.002–0.01 in), feed 0.06 mm/rev (0.002–0.004 in/rev), and cutting speed 475 m/min / 1550 SFM (optimal). These inserts are compatible with Sandvik CoroTurn 107 toolholders in the SDJC/SDJCL/SDJCR and similar 55° diamond-seat families requiring DCMT pocket geometry.
