Sandvik N151.2-400-30-4G H13A 4mm Uncoated Carbide Grooving Insert (10 pcs)

This Sandvik Coromant N151.2-400-30-4G insert is a grooving and parting insert in grade H13A, an uncoated carbide grade, with a 4.00 mm cutting width and the 4G geometry. The box label lists ISO application ranges for K (cast iron), N (non-ferrous) and S (heat-resistant alloys). For each range the label gives a starting feed of 0.09 mm/r (0.004 in/r), with a range of 0.03-0.15 mm/r (0.001-0.006 in/r). The label gives starting cutting speeds of 70 m/min (225 sfm) for K, 1500 m/min (4950 sfm) for N and 18 m/min (60 sfm) for S. The inserts are made in Japan and are marked H13A on the body. This is a new box of 10 inserts, as shown in the photos, for use in compatible Sandvik Coromant CoroCut 1-2 grooving blades and toolholders.
