Sandvik QD-NH-0400-0008-TM 1135 CoroCut QD Carbide Grooving Insert (10pc)

This is a factory-new 10-pack of Sandvik Coromant QD-NH-0400-0008-TM 1135 CoroCut QD double-ended carbide grooving inserts designed for narrow grooving and parting operations on CNC lathes. The MPN decodes as follows: QD = CoroCut QD system, NH = neutral-hand double-ended insert geometry, 0400 = 4.00 mm cutting width, 0008 = 0.8 mm nose radius, TM = chipbreaker geometry optimized for medium-feed finishing in stainless steel and general ISO M/P materials, 1135 = Sandvik's CVD TiCN/Al₂O₃ PVD-enhanced grade for stainless steel (ISO M) and steel (ISO P) — evidenced by the characteristic gold TiN top-coat visible in the photos. Grade 1135 is a tough, wear-resistant cemented carbide with a multi-layer CVD coating, suited for continuous and light interrupted cuts at moderate cutting speeds. These inserts are compatible with Sandvik CoroCut QD toolholders in the QD-NH-0400 size family and are supplied in the original sealed 10-piece tray as shown.
