Sandvik RNMG 19 06 00-SM 1125 Round Carbide Turning Insert 10pc

This is a new, sealed factory tray of 10 Sandvik Coromant RNMG 19 06 00-SM 1125 round (R) carbide turning inserts, ISO designation decoded as: R=round shape, N=0° clearance (relieved on seating face), M=±0.05–0.13 mm tolerance class, G=with hole and chipbreaker (SM chipbreaker geometry), 19=19.05 mm inscribed circle diameter, 06=6.35 mm thickness, 00=0.0 mm nose radius (full round). The SM chipbreaker is Sandvik's geometry optimized for semi-finishing of steel and stainless steel at moderate depths of cut. Grade 1125 is a PVD-coated cemented carbide (TiAlN/TiN multilayer) in Sandvik's P/M/K application range, delivering excellent edge toughness and wear resistance for intermittent and continuous cuts in steel, stainless, and nodular cast iron. Recommended cutting data per the package label (T-Max P application, material group S2.0/Z/AG, ≤350 HB): depth of cut ap 2.9 mm (range 2.0–4.8 mm), feed fn 0.53 mm/r (range 0.31–0.7 mm/r), cutting speed vc 20 m/min (range 15–30 m/min) / 65 sfm (range 50–100 sfm). These inserts are compatible with Sandvik T-Max P toolholders designed for round RNMG 19 inserts and are manufactured in Sweden (MtrID 6851329).
