This is a factory-new, sealed box of 10 Sandvik Coromant SPKN 1504EDR 3020 carbide milling inserts (alternate ordering code SMK 53E2 R 3020), designed for the ModulMill face and square shoulder milling system. The insert is an S-shape (square), 15 mm inscribed circle, 04 mm thick, with a negative 0° clearance (N-type), E-tolerance, double-sided geometry, and an EDR chipbreaker optimized for right-hand cutting. Grade 3020 is a PVD-coated (black appearance consistent with TiAlN/TiN-based PVD) uncoated-substrate cemented carbide engineered specifically for hard part milling in ISO K (cast iron, up to 245 HB) and ISO H (hardened steel, up to 60 HRC) material groups. Per the back label, recommended cutting data for K2.2.C.UT (245 HB) is fz 0.18 mm (0.007 in), vc 205 m/min (670 sfm); for H1.3.Z.HA (60 HRC) is fz 0.18 mm (0.007 in), vc 50 m/min (165 sfm).
