These are new, factory-sealed Sandvik Coromant WPMT 040204-PF 4315 carbide turning inserts for the CoroTurn 111 system, packaged 10 per box and made in Sweden. The W-shape (trigon, 80° included angle) insert features a positive 11° clearance angle (M tolerance), a through-hole (T) for screw clamping, and a PF chipbreaker geometry optimized for light finishing and precision profiling at low depths of cut. Grade 4315 is a CVD-coated cemented carbide (TiCN/Al2O3 multilayer) in the GC4315 family, designed for finishing to light roughing of steel (ISO P) and cast iron (ISO K); the label confirms P2.1.Z.AN at 175 HB and K2.2.C.UT at 245 HB application ranges. Recommended cutting parameters per the box label: depth of cut 0.3 mm (0.012 in), feed 0.09 mm/r (0.004 in/r), cutting speed 390 m/min / 1300 sfm in steel and 295 m/min / 970 sfm in cast iron. These inserts are compatible with Sandvik CoroTurn 111 SWLPR/SWLPL-style toolholders accepting WPMT 04 pocket geometry.
