The Sargent 8205 LNB 26D is a new, commercial-grade mortise lockset from the 8200 Series (ASSA ABLOY), featuring Function 05 (office: key locks/unlocks outside lever, inside lever always free), fitted with the LNB (New Britain) lever trim in Finish 26D (satin chrome over steel). The lockset body is ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified, UL listed, designed to accept a full mortise cylinder, and incorporates Sargent's reversible multi-function lockbody compatible with 8200/7800 Series trim — field-reversible for handing without tools and accommodating both standard and reverse bevel latchbolts. The kit includes the mortise lockbody, interior and exterior LNB lever trim assemblies, full-size mortise cylinder with keys, strike plate, and all required mounting hardware per the 8200 Series installation instructions visible in the photos. The 26D satin chrome finish meets BHMA A156.18 and is suited for commercial office, institutional, and light industrial door applications on 1-3/4 in doors; the ADA-compliant lever design meets ICC/ANSI A117.1 accessibility requirements.
