The Schneider Electric TeSys LRD340 is a new 3-pole bimetallic thermal overload relay from the TeSys Protect series, featuring EverLink screw-clamp terminals rated for 75°C copper conductors with a torque spec of 70 lb-in. The current setting range is 30–40 A (adjustable via front-panel dial, scale marked in FLMC units), with a maximum operating voltage of 690 V AC at 50/60 Hz and an impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) of 6 kV. The relay is Class 10A (Cl.10A) per IEC/EN 60947-4-1, providing overload and phase-loss protection; it includes one NO (97-98) and one NC (95-96) auxiliary contact, a blue manual RESET button, and a red STOP button, with automatic reset capability enabled. Compatible for direct plug-in mounting with Schneider LC1D contactor series (LC1D••A frame, e.g., LC1D40A), and carries UL Listing (File 170M, 600 V AC max), CSA, CE, UKCA, EAC, CCC, and IRAM approvals; SCCR is 100 kA at 600 V with Class J or CC fuse protection. Manufactured in France under the Telemecanique / Schneider Electric brand.
