The Schunk 138123 is a set of three new hard steel top jaws designed for lathe chucks up to 254 mm (10 in) maximum chuck diameter, featuring a stepped profile with serrated gripping faces visible in the photos for positive workpiece engagement. Each jaw measures 57.15 mm overall height and uses a 30 mm bolt hole center spacing, allowing direct mounting onto compatible Schunk or standard scroll-type chuck master jaws with a T-nut or serrated base interface — the interlocking serrated base is clearly visible in the third photo. Manufactured from steel with a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance, these hard jaws are intended for high-precision gripping of finished or close-tolerance workpieces where jaw boring is not required, making them suited for repetitive CNC lathe operations. All three jaws in the set are identical (un-bored hard top jaws) and are sold as a pack of 3 (PK3) as new, unissued units.
