SCT ACD5151E is a 5-pack of new diamond-shaped (80° included angle) carbide milling inserts with an AlTiN+ (aluminum titanium nitride plus) PVD coating, designed for high-speed milling and copy milling applications in steel, stainless steel, and hardened materials. Each insert features a 0.156 in inscribed circle (IC), 0.04 in thickness, and a 0.015 in nose radius, with a clamp-style top-clamp retention system — the package includes the matching clamping screws and square clamp pads visible in the photos. The AlTiN+ coating provides excellent oxidation resistance and hot hardness retention, extending tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions at elevated temperatures. These inserts are suited for copy milling, profiling, and face milling operations in toolholders accepting this insert geometry and IC size. All 4 inserts are unused and supplied in the original SCT plastic clamshell tray with clamping hardware.
