The Seal Fast SSFV050 is a new 1/2 in. three-piece, full-bore ball valve constructed entirely of 316 stainless steel, rated at 1000 psi Cold Working Pressure (CWP) / 1000 WOG (Water, Oil, Gas) non-shock. The three-piece body design allows in-line maintenance and seat/seal replacement without removing the valve from the pipeline, a critical advantage in process piping and industrial fluid systems. Seats and seals are PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), providing broad chemical resistance suitable for water, oils, gases, mild acids, and many solvents; the stem packing is also PTFE. The 316 SS alloy (vs. 304) offers superior chloride and corrosion resistance, making this valve appropriate for marine, chemical processing, food & beverage, and offshore environments. A blue vinyl-grip locking lever handle with integral lockout tab is included, allowing the valve to be padlocked in the open or closed position for safety compliance; the handle is marked "ON/OFF — SEAL FAST BALL VALVE." Female NPT end connections are provided on both ports.
