The Seco 335.18-1305T-M11 MP2500 is a new, square (S-style) positive-geometry indexable carbide milling insert from Seco's R335.18 square shoulder milling line, designed for use with Seco 335.18 series square shoulder milling cutters. The insert measures 13 mm inscribed circle with a 05 mm thickness and a T-land/M11 chipbreaker geometry, providing a positive cutting action suited for medium-roughing to semi-finishing of steel, stainless steel, and some cast irons (ISO P and M workpiece materials, as confirmed by the P/M-dominant material grid on the package label). The MP2500 grade is Seco's Duratomic CVD-coated cemented carbide grade featuring a TiCN/Al₂O₃ multilayer Duratomic coating with a post-coat treatment that delivers enhanced toughness and wear resistance, making it particularly well-suited for unstable conditions, interrupted cuts, and general steel milling. Each factory-sealed cassette contains 10 inserts, all manufactured in Sweden to Seco's Duratomic quality standard, compatible with Seco R335.18 toolholders accepting this insert seat size.
