Seco CCMT09T308-F1 TP200 80° Diamond Carbide Turning Insert (10pc)

The Seco CCMT09T308-F1 TP200 is a new, factory-sealed box of 10 indexable carbide turning inserts in the 80° diamond (C) shape, ground to CCMT tolerances, with a centrally-clamped (T) chiphole configuration. Decoded per ISO standard: 9.525 mm (3/8 in) inscribed circle, 3.97 mm thickness, 0.8 mm nose radius, and the F1 chipbreaker geometry optimized for light-to-medium finishing cuts on steel and stainless steel. The TP200 grade is a CVD-coated cemented carbide (TiCN/Al₂O₃ multilayer) in Seco's TP series, rated for ISO P and M material groups (steels and stainless), confirmed by the P•M dot indicators on the package label. Recommended cutting parameters per the label: depth of cut (aₚ) 1.1 mm, feed (f) 0.2 mm/rev at Vc 280 m/min for P materials; 1.1 mm / 0.19 mm/rev / 230 m/min for M materials. Compatible toolholders accepting CCMT09T3 / CCMT32.5 inserts include Seco SCLCR/L and equivalent third-party boring bars and turning holders with 7° clearance geometry.
