Seco CNMG190612-M3 TP3501 Duratomic CVD Carbide Turning Insert (10pc)

The Seco CNMG190612-M3 TP3501 is a new, factory-sealed box of 10 indexable carbide turning inserts in the 80° diamond (C) shape with 7° clearance angle (N), medium tolerance (M), with-hole chipbreaker geometry (G), 19.05 mm IC size (19), 6.35 mm thickness (06), and 1.2 mm nose radius (12). The M3 chipbreaker is a general-purpose geometry optimized for medium turning of steel and stainless steel at moderate feed rates (f = 0.16–0.4 mm/rev, ap = 4 mm), as shown on the package label. The TP3501 grade features Seco's Duratomic CVD TiCN/Al₂O₃ coating — a third-generation Duratomic layer engineered for extended tool life and thermal resistance in ISO P (steel) and ISO M (stainless steel) workpiece materials, confirmed by both the package ISO material-group color chart (P and M marked) and Seco's published grade data. These inserts are compatible with standard CNMG 643 toolholders (e.g., Seco PCLNR/L, DCLNR/L series) accepting the 19.05 mm IC insert. Made in Sweden, EDP 49388, Seco part 03096323.
