This is a new, factory-sealed box of 3 Seco CNMG190616-MR7 TP3501 Duratomic-coated carbide turning inserts (EDP 49035), made in Sweden. The ISO designation decodes as: C = 80° diamond shape, N = 0° clearance angle, M = tolerance class M, G = with hole and chipbreaker, 19 = 19.05mm inscribed circle (3/4 in IC), 06 = 6.35mm thickness, 16 = 1.6mm nose radius, MR7 = medium roughing chipbreaker geometry. The TP3501 grade is a CVD Duratomic-coated cemented carbide substrate engineered for steel turning (ISO P4 primary, M2 secondary application range), delivering enhanced edge toughness and wear resistance through Seco's proprietary Duratomic alumina coating technology. Recommended cutting parameters per the label are: ap 0.2–0.6mm, fn 0.024mm/rev at vc 325–440 m/min for P steel, and ap 0.2–0.6mm, fn 0.024mm/rev at vc 125–145 m/min for M stainless. Compatible with CNMG 19 toolholders accepting 3/4 in IC inserts; also cross-references to Seco's metric designation CNMG644-MR7.
