The Seco RPKT2006M0T-M20 in grade F40M is a new, round (R-shape) positive-geometry carbide milling insert with a center hole, sold in the factory pack of 10 as shown on the label (EDP 20494, manufactured in Sweden). Decoded per ISO: R = round shape, P = 0° clearance (effective clearance generated by toolholder tilt), K = ISO tolerance class (±0.13 mm IC, ±0.025 mm thickness), T = with hole and single-sided chipbreaker, 2006 = 20 mm inscribed circle / 6.35 mm thickness, M0T = M-style chipbreaker with 0 nose radius designation (full round), M20 = chipbreaker variant designation. The F40M grade is Seco's PVD TiAlN-family coated cemented carbide, targeting ISO application areas P, M, and S (steels, stainless steels, and superalloys), visible on the packaging's color-coded applicability chart showing solid dots on P, M, and S with partial coverage on N, K, and H.
