Seco XOMX180608TR-M14 F40M Carbide Milling Insert (8 pcs)

The Seco XOMX180608TR-M14 is a double-sided, indexable carbide milling insert in grade F40M, designed for use in Seco's Square 6 and compatible square-shoulder milling cutter bodies. The designation decodes as follows: X = double-sided, O = octagonal-derived parallelogram shape (square with positive geometry), MX = Seco's multi-edge chipbreaker geometry, 18 = 18 mm inscribed circle, 06 = 6.35 mm thickness, 08 = 0.8 mm corner radius, TR = trigon/triangular relief geometry, M14 = Seco-specific chipbreaker variant suited for medium machining. Grade F40M is a PVD TiAlN-coated submicron carbide grade (the gold/amber coating is clearly visible in the photos), rated for milling of steel (P) and stainless/difficult materials (M), consistent with the P● M● material suitability indicators shown on the package label.
