The Sky Hook 85-Series "Syclone" ATTCO Service model is a portable, manually operated chain-lift crane designed to mount to a receiver hitch or compatible base (base not included) for positioning and lifting loads in workshops, garages, and service bays. The unit features a bright yellow powder-coated steel boom arm with an integrated chain-drive sheave wheel at the pivot head, a braided lift chain, and a swivel snap hook at the load end — all confirmed visible in the photos. Sky Hook cranes have been manufactured in the USA by Syclone ATTCO Service since 1969 (confirmed on box label), and the 85-Series is designed for use without a dedicated floor base, relying instead on a receiver hitch or bolt-down mount sold separately.
