This is a new, unused roll of Solvay Toolcoat S/T-02A skived PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape with a high-temperature, fully cured pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive backing, verified by the part number label and lot number 1087498 visible in the photos. Skived PTFE film is produced by shaving thin layers from a molded billet, yielding a dense, low-porosity film with excellent dielectric properties, chemical resistance, and a low coefficient of friction, distinguishing it from extruded or cast TFE films. The fully cured silicone adhesive system provides aggressive bonding to metal, glass, and plastic substrates while maintaining adhesion at continuous elevated temperatures where acrylic adhesives fail, making this tape suitable for heat sealing bars, chute liners, conveyor slide surfaces, packaging equipment wear surfaces, and electrical insulation applications requiring non-stick or low-friction characteristics. The roll appears to be approximately 2 inches wide based on visual proportion in the photos, wrapped in protective shrink film in new factory condition.
