This SPI electronic three-point internal micrometer (bore gauge) head, model 13-548-3, measures bores from 1.2 to 1.6 in (30-40 mm) with a resolution of 0.00005 in. The three-point contact design self-centers in the bore for accurate diameter readings, and the digital LCD reading unit has ON/OFF-SET, ABS/INC and UNIT (in/mm) buttons plus an IP54 rating for protection against dust and splashing. The reading unit, supplied under SPI part number 992-503-7, is also listed for use with the SPI 13-549-1 micrometer. The item is new and ships in a fitted wooden case with two spanner wrenches, a setting washer and two LR44 alkaline button cell batteries.
