The SPI 20-158-2 is a new metric dial depth gage set with a measurement range of 0–100mm and a 0.01mm graduation, as confirmed by both the dial face markings and the box label. The integrated dial indicator reads 0–10mm per revolution on a jeweled movement, with the revolution counter subdial tracking full rotations to reach the 100mm total range; the large-diameter black bezel dial is mounted on a hardened and ground steel base that bridges the reference surface while the probe rod descends into the feature being measured. The set ships in a fitted hardwood storage case and includes multiple interchangeable extension rods (visible in the case photo) and a point-changing tool, allowing the operator to configure probe depth as needed for measuring blind holes, slots, recesses, and step depths across a variety of workpiece geometries. The knurled locking collar on the gauge body secures the probe rod at any position for transfer readings.
