SPI 23-185-2 9/16-24 UNEF-2A Go/No-Go Adjustable Thread Ring Gage Set (2pc)

This is a new SPI (Swiss Precision Instruments) part number 23-185-2 adjustable thread ring gage set for 9/16-24 UNEF-2A external threads, consisting of two hardened-steel ring gages — a GO member and a NOT GO (NO-GO) member — manufactured and inspected to ANSI/ASME B1.2 standards. The GO ring is stamped with a pitch diameter of 0.5342 in and the NOT GO ring with a pitch diameter of 0.5303 in, as confirmed by the Certificate of Inspection (Cert. No. 352678), which also records the NOT GO specified pitch Ø as 0.5303 +0.0003 in and minor Ø as 0.5213 +0.0005 in, with the major Ø cleared as required. Each gage is set on its respective SPI set plug (Sr. No. PPF 6807 for the NOT GO) and traceable to NIST (NIST trace no. 2024008609), with the date of inspection stamped 26/05/2025, ensuring current calibration traceability out of the box. The adjustable tri-lock ring design allows for field resetting after wear, and the set ships in individual poly bags with the full Certificate of Inspection, suitable for production inspection of 9/16-24 UNEF-2A threaded parts in aerospace, firearms, and precision manufacturing.
