Sprayon LU512 S00512014 Food Grade Synthetic Hi-Temp Grease 13oz PK2

Sprayon LU512 (order no. S00512014) is a new NSF H1-registered, food-grade synthetic high-temperature grease packaged as two 13 oz (368 g) standard grease-gun cartridges. The formulation is based on a synthetic polyolefin (proprietary) base oil thickened with fumed amorphous silica and fortified with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) for enhanced anti-wear and low-friction performance; it is also Kosher approved and non-melting by design. Rated for an operating temperature range of -75 °F to 500 °F (-59 °C to 260 °C), it carries an NLGI Grade 2 consistency and is suitable for bearings, chains, pumps, valves, cams, and conveyors in food-processing and beverage environments where incidental food contact is possible. The NSF H1 registration makes it acceptable for use in all areas of a food facility where product contact may occur, and the PTFE additive provides a measurable reduction in running torque and wear under high-load, high-heat conditions. Each cartridge loads directly into a standard grease gun for immediate use.
