Class S2 Minus tolerance is +0.0000 / -0.0002 in, meaning every pin is at or below nominal — pins will pass any hole at least as large as the nominal diameter, consistent with go/no-go functional gaging practice. Each pin is individually engraved with its diameter and stored in a molded red plastic carrying case with a foam-lined tray; a handle-and-collet style pin holder (one red, one green end) is included along with a rust-preventive VCI paper sheet.
