This is a new, factory-inspected pack of 5 Sumitomo Electric AECT220630PEFRA carbide milling inserts in grade DL1000, a PVD-coated (Al,Ti)N-based multilayer carbide grade engineered for high-speed milling of steel, stainless steel, and difficult-to-cut materials across ISO P, M, K, H, N, and S workpiece groups as shown on the package label. The AECT insert designation indicates a parallelogram (rhombic) shaped positive-geometry insert with a 22mm inscribed circle equivalent body length, 06mm thickness, 3.0mm nose radius, PE chipbreaker geometry, F (right-hand) cutting direction, and RA edge preparation.
