The Taco Z050T2-3 Zone Sentry is a 2-way, normally closed (NC), non-spring-return motorized zone valve with a 1/2 in female NPT brass valve body, designed for hydronic heating and radiant floor heating zone control. It operates on 24 VAC and delivers a Cv flow coefficient of 4.9, providing reliable flow regulation in residential and light commercial hot water distribution systems. The actuator features a push-and-turn manual override, quick-clip tool-free actuator attachment/removal, and on-board indicator LEDs for 'charging' and 't-stat on' status, with wiring connections for C, W/Y thermostat signals. This unit includes the Zone Sentry actuator and the 1/2 in NPT brass valve body as a complete assembly, and is sold new — other in original manufacturer packaging (box shows shelf wear).
