Titan CD50023 23/64 in Cobalt Style 500 Jobber Length Twist Drill Bit

Titan CD50023 is a 23/64 in (0.359375 in) diameter M42 cobalt high-speed steel jobber-length twist drill, Style 500, manufactured in the USA and sold new in the original red Titan plastic case. The Style 500 designation indicates a standard jobber-length geometry with a 135° split-point tip, which reduces walking and thrust force compared to a 118° conventional point, making it well-suited for drilling stainless steel, hardened alloys, titanium, and other difficult-to-machine ferrous materials. The black oxide finish provides moderate corrosion resistance and helps retain cutting fluid at the flute surface. M42 cobalt (8% Co) composition gives this drill superior hot hardness and wear resistance over standard M2 HSS, allowing higher cutting speeds and extended tool life in demanding production environments. This lot contains 6 drills per the label (quantity handwritten as 6 over the printed "6"), all new and unused.
