The Tough Duck S17611 is a new ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 high-visibility insulated safety parka in fluorescent orange (FLOR/ORFL) with a black lower panel, offered here in size Large. The jacket features a combination of silver retroreflective tape flanked by fluorescent yellow-green segmenting tape running in an X-pattern across the chest, horizontally around the torso, and in dual bands around each sleeve — meeting the elevated 360° visibility requirements of Class 3 compliant garments. Closure is via a two-way zipper with a snap-secured storm flap, and the coat includes five pockets plus a detachable drawstring hood. The black lower body panel provides soil resistance for ground-level work, and the quilted insulation lining extends cold-weather wearability for road construction, traffic control, utilities, and similar high-exposure worksites.
