Trinity Brand Industries M-SN-4 is a new 302 stainless steel shim stock roll measuring 0.004 in thick × 6 in wide × 50 in long, manufactured in the USA and supplied with a Wieland mill Certificate of Specification and a Metallurgical Test Report confirming material chemistry and dimensional compliance. 302 stainless steel is an austenitic, non-magnetic (in annealed state) alloy offering good corrosion resistance, spring-back characteristics, and high tensile strength, making it well-suited for precision shimming, spacing, leveling, and alignment applications in machine tools, dies, fixtures, and assembly jigs. The roll is wound on a fiber core under tension and ships in its original labeled carton (ID 15211); gloves and eye protection are recommended when uncoiling, as the material will spring with force when released. Thickness tolerance for 302 SS shim stock at this gauge conforms to AISI/ASTM standards for cold-rolled strip.
