The Tungaloy VBMT160404-CM T515 is a new, factory-sealed 10-piece box of ISO-coded negative-rake 35° diamond (V-shape) carbide turning inserts, manufactured in Japan. Decoding the ISO designation: V = 35° diamond shape, B = 5° clearance angle, M = ±0.08/±0.20 mm tolerance class, T = countersunk hole with chipbreaker on one face, 16 = 16 mm inscribed circle, 04 = 4.76 mm thickness, 04 = 0.4 mm nose radius, CM = Tungaloy's curved-edge medium chipbreaker geometry optimized for light-to-medium finishing cuts.
