This Value Collection 810022 is a quick-change disc holder (mandrel) with a plated steel straight shank and a black molded rubber backing pad. The pad face has a textured diamond-pattern grip surface and a split-ring metal center socket that retains quick-change sanding and surface-conditioning discs. A hex nut with a serrated lock washer secures the shank to the pad. The shank chucks into a drill, die grinder or similar rotary tool for sanding, blending, rust and paint removal, and surface finishing. The photos show five identical holders; this lot is new.
