This Vermont Gage GO thread ring gage is marked 9/16-18 UNF-2A with a GO pitch diameter of .5250 in, used to check that external Unified National Fine threads meet the Class 2A pitch diameter limit. The gage is a split, adjustable-style ring with a single slit and two adjustment holes at 120 degrees, and a knurled outer rim for hand gripping during inspection. It is engraved with the thread size, class, GO designation and PD value on the face. Offered in new condition.
