Versamatic E2AA2R220C-ATEX 2" Aluminum Buna-N ATEX AODD Pump

The Versamatic E2AA2R220C-ATEX is a new, 2-inch Elima-Matic clamped aluminum air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump, assembled in the USA by Warren Rupp, Inc., a unit of IDEX Corporation. The pump body is cast aluminum with a metal center section, fitted with Buna-N (nitrile) diaphragms and Buna-N wetted elastomers per the V2.0 BN KIT wet-end configuration, and is rated for a maximum air inlet pressure of 125 PSI (8.6 BAR) with an ambient operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. This unit carries full ATEX and IECEx hazardous-location certifications (II 2 G Ex h IIC T5...225°C (T2) Gb and II 2 G Ex h IIC T100°C...T200°C Db, ProfEx 12054389), as well as CE and UKCA markings, making it suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive atmospheres with flammable liquids and gases. The air valve assembly is part number 476.V019.000, the pump includes the muffler/exhaust fitting shown, and it ships in original Versamatic manufacturer's packaging with the full E2 service and operating manual.
