Vibco 55-3 Pneumatic Ball Bearing Mounted Turbine Vibrator

The Vibco 55-3 is a new, American-made pneumatic turbine vibrator manufactured by Vibco Inc. (Wyoming, RI) featuring a ball-bearing turbine rotor housed in a heavy cast iron body with an integrated bolt-down base plate. The unit operates on compressed air and is rated for a maximum of 40 PSI side-mounted or 80 PSI top-mounted, as indicated on the visible label in the photos; a Zerk-style grease fitting is present for in-service bearing lubrication. The 55-3 is designed for direct bolting to hoppers, bins, chutes, screens, or vibratory feed equipment via four mounting holes in the base flange, delivering continuous centrifugal force to promote material flow and prevent bridging or hang-up. Air inlet is a female NPT port visible on the body face; the turbine-style rotor produces high-frequency, low-amplitude vibration suitable for fine powders and granular materials. All castings are painted Vibco signature orange and the unit carries the "Made in the USA" certification label visible on the top cap.
