The Viega ProPress 22075 is a new 3-inch lug-style butterfly valve rated Class 150 with a 250 PSI maximum working pressure (CWP) and 200°F maximum temperature, as confirmed by the valve body label and original packaging. The body is constructed from ductile iron with an epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, and the disc is stainless steel; the seat/seal material is EPDM, making it suitable for water, mild chemical, and HVAC hydronic applications. The lug body pattern allows the valve to be installed between ANSI Class 150 flanges with full dead-end service capability using threaded lug holes on both sides of the body. A lockable lever handle with a notched positioning plate is included, enabling manual quarter-turn operation and intermediate throttling positions. This valve ships new in the original Viega ProPress retail box (part number 22075, also cross-referenced as Grainger 4RCG1) and is compatible with ISO 5211 actuator mounting for future automation.
