This Watts LF009M2-QT-S is a 2 in reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow preventer assembly from the Series LF009 line, built with a lead-free cast bronze body and 2 in female NPT end connections. It includes two quarter-turn full-port ball valve shutoffs with green handles, integral test cocks, and a matching 2 in Y-strainer supplied in the box with a union-style adapter for field installation. The nameplate is marked 2 in LF009M2QT, RP, 175 PSI, 180°F, and shows IAPMO, CSA and NSF/ANSI 61 certification marks, which makes it suitable for protecting potable water supplies from backflow in high-hazard cross-connection applications. This unit is new, packed in the original Watts carton with the strainer and two paper instruction and warranty sheets.
