Watts LF919-QT-S-FS 2 in RPZ Backflow Preventer Assembly w/ Strainer

The Watts LF919-QT-S-FS is a 2-inch lead-free reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow preventer assembly with quarter-turn ball valve shutoffs and an integrated inlet strainer, providing the highest level of backflow protection per ASSE 1013, AWWA C511, CSA B64.4, and USC FCCCHR standards. The body is constructed from lead-free brass (wetted surface lead content <0.25% by weight, compliant with NSF 61/372 and California AB1953), rated for 150 PSI working pressure and temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). The QT suffix denotes quarter-turn OS&Y-style ball valve shutoffs (green lever handles visible in photos), the S suffix denotes an integral Y-type inlet strainer, and the FS suffix denotes a flood sensor port with a pre-installed Smart and Connected flood sensor (visible as the black solenoid-style fitting on the relief valve outlet in photos). This assembly is designed for potable water service, irrigation systems, boiler make-up water, and any cross-connection control application requiring RP-level protection per local plumbing codes.
