These are new Welders Choice TE15L-332-10T ground tungsten electrodes, 1.5% lanthanated type (AWS classification EWLa-1.5 per AWS A5.12), measuring 3/32 in (2.4 mm) diameter x 7 in length, sold as a 10-pack. Lanthanated tungsten with 1.5% lanthanum oxide (La2O3) offers excellent arc starting, low burnoff rate, and stable arc performance on both AC and DC polarity, making it suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, and titanium. The gold color band identifies the 1.5% lanthanation level per AWS A5.12 color-coding standards, and these electrodes are manufactured to AWS A5.12 specification as stated on the label. Compatible with standard TIG (GTAW) torches accepting 3/32 in collets, including common torch bodies such as the WP-17, WP-18, and WP-26 series. Heat number 20240801 is printed on the label for traceability.
