The Widia Hanita 620725008 is a new, 1-inch diameter, 5-flute roughing end mill manufactured from M42 cobalt high-speed steel (8% Co), made in Israel and sold individually (Qty 1). The label clearly indicates dimensions of 1×1×2×4-1/2 inches, corresponding to a 1 in cutting diameter, 1 in shank diameter, 2 in length of cut, and 4-1/2 in overall length. The coarse-pitch wavy serrated (RUF) flute geometry breaks chips into smaller segments, reducing cutting forces and enabling high material-removal rates in ferrous and non-ferrous materials including stainless steel, alloy steels, and hardened materials up to approximately 48 HRC — applications where M42's superior hot hardness outperforms standard M2 HSS.
