The Wilden WIL-15-9824-15-208 is a new, genuine OEM wet end repair kit designed for Wilden 3-inch air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps in the D/S/ZGS configuration, covering drop-in style (D), stainless steel seat construction (S), and Geolast/Buna-N elastomer package (ZGS). As confirmed by the box label, the kit contains four valve seats (P/N 15-1128-52, 1500-series SS drop-in, Buna-N), two primary EZ Geolast2 diaphragms (P/N 15-1022-15), and four 4-inch Buna-N valve balls (P/N 15-1085-52) — covering all wetted wear components in a single service package. Geolast is Wilden's proprietary thermoplastic elastomer compound offering broad chemical resistance plus superior abrasion resistance compared to standard rubber compounds, making this kit suited for slurry, abrasive, and general fluid transfer service. This kit is a direct replacement for scheduled maintenance or unplanned failure on Wilden P800/PS800 and equivalent 3-inch AODD pump families built for the Pro-Flo® and EZ-Flo® platforms.
