The Wilkerson L18-03-KK00B is a new micro-mist air line lubricator from Wilkerson's L18 series, designed to inject a fine oil mist into compressed air lines to lubricate pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and other downstream equipment. It features a 3/8 in NPT port connection, supports a maximum flow rate of 90 cfm, and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial pneumatic systems. The "KK" suffix in the model code indicates a knob-style oil feed rate adjustment and a polycarbonate bowl with guard; "00B" denotes no drain and the standard B-series body configuration for the L18 platform. The unit uses a venturi-based micro-mist mechanism to produce extremely fine oil droplets that remain suspended in the airstream over longer pipe runs, unlike conventional oil-fog lubricators, making it well-suited for applications requiring lubrication at a distance from the lubricator.
