The Wilkerson R40-0C-000 is a new, USA-made, high-flow compressed air pressure regulator from the R40 Series, designed for large-bore industrial pneumatic systems requiring 2 in NPT connections and flow rates up to 1,200 SCFM. The zinc die-cast body is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 300 PSIG (2,068 kPa) with an adjustable outlet pressure range of 10–125 PSI, and a maximum operating temperature of 160°F (65.6°C) as confirmed by the nameplate label. Adjustment is accomplished via an exposed knob/screw-type adjuster (no gauge port cover — model code "0C" indicates no gauge, no drain), and the unit features a relieving-type regulator design (confirmed by the schematic symbol on the label) allowing downstream pressure bleedoff when the set point is reduced. The R40 Series is Wilkerson's largest standard inline regulator, suited for high-demand applications such as large pneumatic presses, blow-off stations, central compressed air distribution headers, and heavy-duty automation lines requiring stable pressure regulation at high flow volumes.
