Woodford 65P-12 12in Wall 3/4in FPT Freeze-Proof Wall Hydrant

The Woodford Model 65P-12 is a new, freeze-proof (anti-siphon) wall hydrant designed for 12-inch wall thickness installations, with a 16-inch overall length measured from the wall plate face to the inlet. The hydrant features a polished chrome die-cast zinc head with a rectangular wall plate, a 3/4 in female pipe thread (FPT) inlet connection at the rear, a 3/4 in male hose thread (MHT) outlet, and an integral vacuum breaker/backflow preventer on the outlet side to meet code requirements. The dual copper tubes carry supply water and drain water separately in a coaxial arrangement, with the valve seat located at the interior (warm side) of the wall so the exposed portion self-drains when closed, preventing freeze damage. The unit ships complete with a tee-key clamp assembly (Woodford repair bag 55444 visible in photos) including two pipe clamps, a tee key, machine screw, and square nut for securing the hydrant in the wall opening. Compatible with Woodford Model 65 series repair parts; suitable for commercial and institutional applications requiring key-operated, tamper-resistant, freeze-protected exterior water access.
