The YG-1 GM813100 is a new 10 mm diameter, 2-flute solid carbide ball nose end mill from the X-Power PRO series, measuring 10 mm shank diameter × 18 mm floc length × 100 mm overall length in the long-reach configuration as labeled on the packaging. The tool is manufactured from ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide substrate and coated with a dark TiAlN-family (AlTiN/TiAlN) PVD coating — visible as the uniform matte-black finish across the shank and flute body — which provides oxidation resistance up to approximately 800 °C and extended tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting. The hemispherical ball-nose geometry with two flutes is suited for 3D contouring, profiling, pocket finishing, and ramping operations in steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened materials on CNC machining centers accepting ER, Weldon, or straight-shank collet holders with a 10 mm bore.
