The YG-1 07598TF (model F4SRW-4806) is a new, solid carbide, 4-flute square-end end mill with a 3/4 in cutting diameter, 3/4 in shank diameter, 1-1/2 in length of cut, and 4.081 in overall length, manufactured in Korea. It carries YG-1's proprietary "Futura" TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) PVD coating, which provides enhanced hardness, oxidation resistance up to ~800 °C, and significantly extended tool life compared to uncoated or TiN-coated carbide — making it well-suited for dry or near-dry machining of steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. The regular-length geometry with a single-end configuration and right-hand cut/right-hand helix is designed for peripheral milling, slotting, and profiling operations in CNC machining centers using standard ER or end-mill holders accepting a 3/4 in straight shank. As a new, factory-packaged tool in its original YG-1 plastic case, it shows no use or wear.
