The Zebra Skimmers BP-12 is a new replacement oil skimmer belt designed for use with Zebra belt-type oil skimmers in metalworking coolant maintenance applications. The belt has a maximum reach of 12 inches and an overall length of 32-3/4 inches (32.75"), allowing it to extend into sumps and coolant tanks to attract and lift tramp oil off the coolant surface. Constructed from a oleophilic polymer material (white flat belt), the belt's surface preferentially attracts oil over water, enabling continuous passive tramp oil removal without consumables. This belt is a direct OEM replacement part sourced through MSC Industrial and is compatible with Zebra Skimmers belt skimmer units that accept the BP-12 belt size; it ships in Zebra's original packaging with product catalog included.
