The Zurn QQBV44GX is a new, full-port brass ball valve designed for crimp-style PEX tubing systems, featuring 3/4 in. barbed inlets on both ends for direct barb-to-barb connection without threading. Constructed from chrome-plated brass with a lever handle marked "ON/OFF," the valve delivers a full-bore flow path to minimize pressure drop in potable water and hydronic heating distribution lines. It is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 14, NSF/ANSI Standard 61, NSF/ANSI 372 (low-lead), CSA B137.5, and ASTM F1807, confirming compliance with potable water safety and PEX crimp-fitting dimensional standards.
